We pride ourselves on our unique flavours, which can only be achieved by using freshest of local produce and preparing everything from scratch. All our ingredients are hand made by our kitchen team from paratha to chutneys and sauces . All our meats and Paneer are marinated overnight in creamy hung yoghurt and special blend of spices and then cooked in tandoor to give you the flavours and tenderness you deserve in your Kati Roll.

Kati roll is known by different names in different parts of India with slight variations, Like in western part of India it is called Kati Kebab roll, In Southern and Eastern India it is called Frankie roll and in Northern India it is known as Unda roll or Roti roll. Whatever it may be called they all are made in a Paratha (Indian flat bread) with layer of egg and stuffed with tandoor cooked chicken, lamb or paneer and finished with coriander and mint chutney. Today the Kati roll comes in more exotic variations like chilli chicken/ Paneer, Schezwan chicken and more.
